Isn't it horrible that the newly transformed Hill is now open from 10 to 10, while the old book would close at 5 (if I remember correctly)? The question is: who visits that gift shop stuffed with stuffed animals at this late time? This night curiosity brought me there, and the Hill was literally EMPTY. Only a few people behind cashier counters, a guy touching an iPad. More employees than customers. Is this a more profitable business model?
