What will happen when a utopia totally evacuated but still perfectly functional is inhibited by non-utopians who are not yet prepared for such a high ideal and freely organizable space, or when an anarchic, non-centralized architecture is occupied by non-anarchists and controlled by bureaucratic centralists who are cunning enough to take advantage of everything that is out there to achieve their non-disinterested goals? Of course, I'm thinking about UCI, a campus without a center.
