うまくいかないピアレビュー

The more peer review sessions we have, the more students we miss. I really have no idea how to make them show up. Class dynamics is truly singular each quarter and this time there is weird inertia. Now I'm pretty sure about what I'm teaching, but at the same time I become less confident in managing classroom issues. Of course I can threaten them ("you lose points if you don't show up!"), but such coercion is repugnant to me. Anyway, it makes me sad to see that the classroom is too spacious.
